Landon was excellent from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the issue, perform the thermal imaging, document everything clearly, and explain to me what he was seeing and how the entire process worked. What stood out most was how much time he spent educating me rather than simply completing the inspection and leaving. He answered my questions, explained what the readings meant, and gave me a much better understanding of what could be happening behind the walls. He also gave me confidence that SERVPRO was there to help us if Stanley Martin was unable or unwilling to follow through with the repairs. Fortunately, the builder ultimately covered the issue under warranty, but having Landon’s inspection, documentation, and support gave us tremendous peace of mind throughout the process. Landon was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about helping us protect our home. I would absolutely recommend him and SERVPRO to anyone dealing with a water or moisture issue. Five stars well deserved!
