They were very professional, listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.
Cleaned my floor and it looks great! Chuck R, Andy R, Tristan F
Victoria, Chuck and David cleaned and sanitized our in-laws basement in a farmhouse built in 1834. There was mold, grime and dust. They never through anything away. It was a disaster. They did a thorough cleaning and sanitizing. I am beyond grateful!!!
Lina's crew were excellent. This crew worked very hard with great leadership. Chuck did a great job to walk us through the process and kept us informed. Communication is a sign of a great outcome. Dave finished putting the final touch along with Chuck cleaning the carpets and upholstery. Thanks everyone.
My contact with Serv Pro of Southern Blair and Bedford county was due to an oil furnace failure that spread dust/soot through-out my house. From my first point of contact- Steve , who performed a thorough inspection of the damage and the work to be performed, to Mandy and her crew, the insulation replacement team and the carpet cleaning specialists my experience was top notch. I found your staff to be prompt, courteous, hard working and very professional. Observing them , as they did their jobs put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of restoration services! Thank you !!
From my first call until the end, their entire staff and all their services were polite, professional, and well done. I couldn’t recommend them more highly!
Josh and his team came promptly the evening of the water heater burst. I've had a flood before and new that they were the ones to call. Very thorough and did excellent work. Made me feel at ease. Would recommend to everyone!
JOSH & HIS TEAM DID AN OUTSTANDING JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIS TEAM ! MICK WESTRICK
I was put in contact with Serpro and a team (Josh, Austin and Brody) they were at my house within 2 hours on day 1. Day 2 was totally ripped out and all the damaged areas from the water leak repaired. Josh was super helpful and explained everything and what they were doing. Austin and Brody are super friendly, cleaned up everything, and are hard working. They knocked the project out. They even helped me look for something I lost during the chaos lol. Great guys I'd trust them in my place any time even though I hope I never have to have them over again lol.
