Thank you to Mitch for helping us! He is very skilled and kind. Dana also provided us with an estimate in a timely manner for remodeling a bathroom and gave us extremely useful advice, which we are very appreciative of. We strongly suggest using this company.

Mitch came and helped us after there was a leak in the workshop. He came at the weekend and was there with in less than 24 hours and he never stopped. He worked so hard. Super polite and courteous too he really went the extra mile. Thank you very much really can’t say enough positive things about him!

Servpro was exceptional in the services they provided us! They dispatched on New Year’s Eve, and our tech Mitch was absolutely amazing. He was fast thorough, explained everything and why it was being done, and helped us get a disaster under control very quickly. He even followed up over the weekend and came back out to assist with the situation. Highly recommend their services and if you’re able to, I’d ask for Mitch!!! Thanks guys!

Servpro helped us navigate a difficult situation for a family member who was medically compromised and we needed to quickly revamp the living space. Timely, professional and thorough job. I am an attorney and I will refer clients, colleagues and friends without any hesitation.

Very responsive. Fantastic do work with. Worked very well with insurance.

Servpro Newtown cleaned our ducts yesterday. Rick and Melanie came into our home with professionalism and knowledge. They listened to our ”soot” situation due to a faulty HVAC, explained their process clearly, was sensitive to our schedules within the home throughout the day, updated us on their progress, and clearly, worked well together. We were very impressed with their teamwork. Obviously, there was much dust, dirt, and soot that was exposed during the procedures BUT everything was clean upon their departure. I highly recommend Rick and Melanie from Servpro Newtown!

They came out on time and was very professional and respectful. The gentleman who came out to remediate did a great job sealing everything up, cleaning, and explaining the entire process. Would definitely use them again.

My wife, my son and I had just returned home from a 16 hour flight and threw in a load of laundry when my sewer lines backed up and flooded my first floor and down into my basement. I called ServPro and they sent Mitch out immediately the next morning. Super presentable, professional and punctual. Turned what seemed like an end of the world situation into something very manageable and took care of literally everything. Always told us what he was going to be doing ahead of time, making sure to get approval for removing anything or setting up equipment. Completely handled the insurance side of things and had everything done in just a few days. I could write a few pages on how well Mitch handles everything and put my family at ease over the holidays. Thank you ServPro, and Mitch especially. Will always recommend both him and the company for any work in the future.
