I had a mold problem and Kenny, Javier, and Clever came to my rescue. Kenny was super easy to communicate with and got the team over asap. The team worked fast but were very efficient and it is so nice having the peace of mind that the issue was dealt with properly. I hope I don’t have any problems in the future but if I do I will definitely request this team specifically.
Very professional, excellent work; polite workers, explained in details what they were going to do before going forward; very pleasant esp Kenny was so kind and professional and addressed our concerns; his 2 coworkers Javier & Clever , also hard workers, polite & professional; place so clean after they left; highly recommend to my friends & family; outstanding work!!!!!!!!
Kenny, Javier and Clever are the A team! They were methodical, efficient, clean and professional. 100% recommendation for water leak mitigation. Great job!
My bathroom was flooded on a Thursday night. I called them Friday and they were at my home within 2 hours. Kenney was very professional and explained everything that was being done. When Kenney and his team came to remove the equipment, they did so in a timely manner. I would use them again.
Our police department was flooded out overnight. We called Serve Pro in the morning and they were here within an hour. Very professional and great workers!
Fernado and his team were professional at all times. They were also punctual, knowledgeable and showed up Timely as promised. They were kind and respectful.
Kenny’s team came out that night and reassured us that the job would be very straight forward. They came bright and early the next day and did demo and made sure everything was dried out quickly and easily. We were extremely satisfied with all of their service. Very professional and competent.
