Servpro of ebensburg (Austin and Braxden) did a great job assessing our damage, explaining what they were going to do and did a good job at getting it done and also did a good job cleaning up. The supervisor Mikey, was also very professional and helpful and really cares about the customer and providing good customer service Overall a really good experience.

Chuck Rager And David Zentack are the best!!! I would recommend these gentlemen for every job!!! Very detailed and cared about the final results. The Laskey's of Hollidaysburg had a water-line backup in March. Called ServPro and they came, the day of the call. Beckie, (all the Jims), Chuck, Bryan and those we might have forgotten, did efficient, exceptional work, on walls, flooring and restoration. We are extremely satisfied, with ServPro workers who did over-and-above what is required. Qualified, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to compromise, with us. From the crew chief who walked me through the process, the cleanup crew and the contractors who surpassed every expectation I had, I got back a home that is absolutely perfect.
