We had a really difficult situation where our cat had urinated through the carpet, padding, and even into the subfloor. He was part of both of our disasters and somehow made both of the processes (he dealt with us for a long time haha), feel comfortable, friendly and easy! He connected us with the right team to help us get our dream kitchen and kept in contact through out.
