SERVPRO of Southwest Mississauga, Erin Mills

I had pesticide sprayed in my home and didn’t realise that I had a chemical sensitivity. All I can say is that this was a most positive experience. Not only did Bogdan and his team abate the chemicals thoroughly and professionally, but he was so kind and patient with me. He was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Every step in the process was thoroughly explained to me. And he really went the extra mile, coming back multiple times and leaving additional specialist air cleaning machinery with me. They did extra work beyond the original scope and did not charge me more than the original estimate. I am so grateful and so impressed. Amazing quality of work, thorough knowledge, the best customer service I have experienced. I couldn’t recommend Servpro of Southwest Mississauga, or Bogdan, any higher.

Bogdan did a fantastic job drying out my hardwood floors after a leak. His crew came immediately after I called and he was extremely patient, leaving the equipment in place for many days to be sure things were thoroughly dry. I hope I never have an emergency like this again but if I do, I know who I will call. Thank you, Bogdan!

I used Servpro to restore a carpeted area after a toilet back-up and was glad I chose them. Bogdan is a true professional--knowledgeable and conscientious--as well as being an excellent communicator. He made the process easy and stress-free from start to finish and I would definitely recommend him and this Servpro location should you have need of their services.

A couple weeks ago, I needed to have work done urgently in my cold room. After I left a message, Bogdan called back quickly and promptly showed up for an assessment visit. He took the time to explain everything and clearly laid out what to expect. He then followed up with a detailed quote, and once I gave the ok, he was able to squeeze in the start of work almost immediately. He kept in daily contact as the work progressed, and then at the completion of the project he made sure to ensure I was satisfied. Thank you Bogdan, Raouf and your other team member (sorry I'm forgetting the name).

I live in Denver, CO but I recently became responsible for caring for a property in Scarborough that belongs to a relative that is too old and far away away to manage it. After a leak in the roof caused the ceiling to collapse and saturate all of the walls in the bathroom just two weeks before I was starting a new job, I needed a contractor to take care of the property. Bogdan was communicative, helpful, kind, and offered flexible options with clearly communicated price points that left me feeling like I was still in control of the project from almost 2500 km away. He sent detailed pictures and thorough updates frequently and consistently throughout the project. He even orchestrated other trusted subcontractors for other projects I needed done as well. I trust him, him work is high quality, and I can't recommend him enough.

What a team! Great service and professional approach by Bogdan and his workers. Exceptional customer service! Thank you.

Reliable and outstanding. They helped us through a difficult time.

Highly Professional and Trustworthy Service – Highly Recommended! I recently used Servpro of Southwest Mississauga for a mold remediation project, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. A special shout-out to Bogdan, who was exceptional throughout the entire process. From the initial assessment to the completion of the work, Bogdan demonstrated a deep knowledge of his craft. He was clearly an expert in the scope of work required and provided very professional, practical advice that gave me full confidence in the solution. What I appreciated most was the fair and transparent pricing. The quote was very reasonable, and there were no hidden surprises. The team was professional, punctual, and highly efficient. If you are looking for a reliable team for restoration or mold issues, I highly recommend Servpro of Southwest Mississauga, especially Bogdan. It is rare to find such a combination of expertise and honest service.
