Our drain line was drilled through by a contractor that was hired by our city to run fiber optic line causing our toilets, sinks and showers to back up, overflow and saturate our walls and carpet. My wife, our little girl, our Akita and I were able to comfortably watch a movie in another room undisturbed while they worked, and, in what seemed like no time at all, they had fans set up, walking us through what they had done, the next steps ahead and making sure we were comfortable. Where we started this day with a large amount of disappointment, uncertainty and frustration from unforseen unfortunate events, we were able to end with complete satisfaction and optimism. These boys really set the bar in service.
