Mr. Mike Feller, Is an outstanding, compassionate and honest project manager. I am grateful that Mr. Feller was assigned to me for an unexpected project in a rural area. He was persistent, responded almost immediately for any questions or concerns that I had prior to the project starting and during. He assured me that I was in good hands, considering that I was communicating and planning with him in another state. I will most definitely say that I was. Mr. Feller communicated clearly with Kaleb (site lead) and his team, and they carried the task out effectively and professionally. I will call on them anytime and refer them to anyone that may need restoration support. Thank you for everything and for the top notch customer service!

I can't say enough good things about this business. Brad Knauer, and Michael Fellers were amazing. In my time of distress, of frozen pipes and flooded home. Not only did they show up in what i would consider a record amount of time after being contacted. But the demeanor of both Mike and Brad, was exceptional. Not only did they show a genuine concern for my personal property, but reassured me that it would be okay. the professionalism of the work crews, and the care they take packing my belongings, for relocation was above any expectations i could ever imagine. Brad and Michael are excellent representatives of this company. If this is an example of the the type of people, that I am sure this Branch (SERVPRO of Central OKC) employs. I am positive you will be happy with any of the services available from them

Excellent response and service. They had boots on the ground almost immediately to begin mitigation. Michael took care of building issues and Brad property thoroughly and efficiently. Highest regards.

ServPro’s team helped us with a cleanup from a sewer backup at our home. Mike came and provided us with not just an estimate, but reassurance that we needed. When Mike, Gavin and Hunter came and did the clean up, they did so professionally and quickly. They explained what they were doing and made some recommendations that helped us with some of our concerns.

Did a great job drying carpet after plumbing flood. Gavin was excellent. Very professional and polite. Mike and his crew were very punctual. Always on time.

All employees were very professional, courteous, efficient and paid extra attention to everything that needed more than just the normal. Highly, highly recommend.
