Why Choose SERVPRO® for Sewage Cleanup?

Sewage backups are among the most serious and hazardous types of water damage a property can experience. In Mahoning and Northern Columbiana Counties, aging infrastructure, heavy seasonal rains, frozen pipes, and overloaded municipal systems can all contribute to unexpected sewer system failures. When this happens, the water involved is highly contaminated and may contain bacteria, viruses, parasites, and other harmful pathogens that pose immediate health risks.

SERVPRO of Mahoning and Northern Columbiana Counties provides 24/7 emergency sewage cleanup services to homes and businesses throughout Youngstown, Boardman, Austintown, Canfield, East Liverpool, Columbiana, and surrounding communities. Our trained technicians respond quickly to contain the affected area, remove unsanitary water, and begin thorough cleaning and disinfection in accordance with OSHA, EPA, and IICRC standards.

Sewage damage requires far more than surface cleanup. Our team removes contaminated materials that cannot be salvaged, thoroughly cleans and disinfects structural surfaces, and uses advanced drying and deodorization equipment to restore safe conditions. We also take steps to prevent secondary issues such as mold growth and lingering odors, which are common after sewage exposure.

As a locally owned and operated company, we understand the urgency and stress these situations create for families and business owners in our region. That’s why we respond with speed, compassion, and clear communication throughout the entire restoration process.

Our goal is to return your space to a clean, safe condition—making it feel “Like it never even happened.”
