What our
customers are saying
The only negative thing I would say is that I didn’t use them sooner! Josh Kinnett has been over the top with communication, and service. All of the individuals I’ve dealt with at this ServPro have been more than accommodating. They are very empathetic, and respect the urgency of us wanting to return to our home. We will be forever grateful when this process is complete, and even more grateful to ServPro for exceeding our expectations.
From start to finish I was informed on everything. The teams sent out to fix the water damages were all very professional and did a great job. Very happy with the services I received. Highly recommend.
Came home a few nights ago to a completely flooded home. My second floor bathroom pipe had burst and flowed down the wall into my first floor bathroom. Their team of technicians came out and cleaned up the water damage in my home. I could not be more thankful for SERVPRO and their team that cleaned up the water. My home is back like new!
I can’t say enough great things about SERVPRO of Central Cincinnati! From the very first call, their team was professional, responsive, and incredibly reassuring during a stressful situation. They arrived quickly, explained the entire process in detail, and handled everything with care and expertise. The crew was respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and made sure I was updated every step of the way. The results exceeded my expectations — everything looked better than before the damage! It’s rare to find a company that combines top-notch workmanship with such genuine customer service. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Central Cincinnati to anyone in need of restoration or cleaning services.
Can't go wrong with SERVPRO! Tim McWaters is always a pleasure to work with.
we had a flood in our building from the 3rd floor all the way into the basement and Serv-pro came in the same Saturday night and started the clean-up phase right away. Then perfectly transitioned in to rebuild mode and got our spaces back to new in no time at all. Will definitely be recommending Serv-pro to everyone in the future
Josh and Brian did a fantastic job of taking care of what was needed.
