I contacted Servpro due to an issue with soot that was through out the house. The company came and assessed the damage in a reasonably quick time and submitted to my insurance company. Servpro was proactive in placing air scrubbers in the house prior to starting the cleaning process. The people assigned to cleaning were professional and did a great job cleaning the house. Communication was great via text prior to coming daily to clean. Servpro also aided in getting the furnace air ducts cleaned, electronics cleaned and soon the damaged walls repainted. I highly recommend Servpro for restoration services.
Great job with Chad and crew during the demolition phase. Dylan and his helpers did a great job with the reconstruction portion. Extra shout out to Michelle and Traci for any and all questions during process and help with insurance issues! Basement looks amazing.
