About Us
Restoration and Recovery for Milton and All of Sullivan and Ulster Counties
No Milton property owner asks for disasters to strike, or for their home or business to suffer the destruction that these situations provide. It has always been a focal point of our SERVPRO team to offer fast and reliable restoration solutions to help combat the damaging effects of water, fire, flood, mold, and storm loss incidents. We also have dedicated professionals and contractors that can help through more intricate cleaning and recovery solutions after biohazardous conditions.
We opened our doors to Ulster and Sullivan Counties in 1986, offering solutions for those affected by the often destructive winter and summer months in the area. From cold snaps bursting pipes to hurricane-level storms passing through the region, we have spent more than 35 years working to be the name that you can trust when disasters strike. Part of this good report comes from our involvement in the communities here. We share these neighborhoods with you, and we have been a family-owned franchise for decades that has always stayed deeply rooted in Milton, Monticello, Ellenville, and other areas of our counties.
Helping Our Communities Beyond Disaster Relief
We understand that because of our station and our connection to the communities that we serve, that we are often uniquely positioned to help with charities, fundraisers, and awareness campaigns. We work with many area organizations dedicated to making our service region better for our families and those who are less fortunate. We provide assistance, time, and resources to many groups, including:
- Safe Homes/Fearless of Orange County
- Pets Alive
- Huntington's Disease Society of America – New York/New Jersey Region
- Hudson Valley Cancer Resource Center
By helping out with these organizations, we are doing more to make our communities grow strong and help out one another.
"Like it never even happened."
No matter how we can help, you can rely on the fast and confident response of our SERVPRO team after a disaster. We have dedicated professionals and cutting-edge equipment and technologies to get your property back to pre-loss condition quickly.

What our
customers are saying
Javier and James did a great job! Highly recommend.
I was lucky enough to meet some amazing people when my water heater spilled water all over my basement. Everything was ruined, or so I thought, and my heart was breaking. ServPro of Middletown—especially Juan Bermudez and his crew: Eric, Victor, and Edgar—came to my rescue. Juan assured me they would do their best, and they did. All my special and antique items were repackaged with care. Juan stayed involved throughout, and I knew I was in good hands. These individuals deserve recognition and truly are assets to their company. From start to finish, I was supported by this crew.
Excellent service from Jorge, Erick and the whole crew. Thanks
Victor came and did a cleanup and was excellent and professional
Fantastic job. Very professional and courteous. They had to move a lot of stuff and did it remarkably well.
Rich and his team were always professional, on time and did an exceptional job overall. In a time of need, it was reassuring to have a qualified person to help us.
We had a pipe burst on the second floor, and it was a mess. Servpro came in a timely manner, everyone was efficient and friendly. Next time my house burns down or gets flooded, I’m definitely calling Servpro!
They were prompt, courteous, and affordable. They made me feel like they were part of the family. I loved the follow up too.
Our office building had a boiler puff back. After a thorough evaluation of the damage the process was explained. The cleaning crew came in and methodically cleaned every section of our building. Items that had been stored in the basement and were not salvageable were marked for destruction and removed. Everything was cleaned and the building was cleaned from top to bottom. The crew worked closely with each office to meet their needs. Highly recommended.
