I recently had the pleasure of working with SERVPRO of CORONA following a flooding in my basement. From the moment we contacted the company for assistance (Friday night) it was clear that they were knowledgeable and professional in how they handled my questions over the phone before they saw the water. They arrived to our home at the time promised. When you have a a basement taking in water (by the galloons) and it is carpeted and has a home office, time was of the essence, SERVPRO of CORONA did not waste any time to get to work. They assessed our situation and started to work on the problem immediately.
