What our
customers are saying
Edi Fernandez and his team at Servpro were absolutely incredible. We had a significant flooding event at our condo around midnight. Edi was at our condo within one hour of us contacting them - in the middle of the night. His professionalism and empathy for what we were experiencing were unlike anything we could have expected. Furthermore, he helped work with our insurance companies to obtain quick approvals so that they could continue what they needed to do to protect our home from further damage. We are beyond thankful for Edi, and the experience with Servpro was top-notch.
Pete and his team were a huge help. I had flooding from a sewer backup and they were able to come out the same day to assess the situation and begin work. Everything was wrapped up in 3 days and I couldn't be happier with how Pete handled things from start to finish. Highly recommended!
Luis and Nasir were great they came in and were fast great help!

We had water damage in April, and Servpro of Hoboken responded promptly. Their team handled the remediation process professionally and coordinated effectively with our insurance company throughout. Communication was consistently clear, and responses were always timely. Overall, a reliable and efficient service.
Marcos and Cal did a great job!
I dealt with this company due to a water leak above my unit that came into my unit in Weehawken. The team was super responsive, knowledgeable and always available and acted quickly as if the incident happened to them personally. I retained the company for remediation and recon work.
Marcos and team did an excellent job with the remediation and clean up in our home.
Josh and his team at Servpro did a great job. The team was quick to schedule the work when I contacted them. The team completed the work very fast!
