Kellie has been with SERVPRO of Eatontown/Long Branch since 2016. She brought with her 22 years experience, specializing in financial operations of small businesses. Kellie graduated Ocean County College with an Associates Degree in Business Management. In her spare time, Kellie enjoys reading, spending time at the beach and completing crafting projects. When asked "what do you love about what you do?", she responded: "I enjoy math, organization and problem solving. My position affords me the opportunity to put these strengths to use."

Meet Lenny, a skilled Project Manager who has been an integral part of SERVPRO at Eatontown/Long Branch since 2013. Lenny's impressive array of certifications, including IICRC Master Restorer, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, Health & Safety, Carpet Cleaning, Odor Control, and Lead Safe, showcase his expertise in various restoration fields. While Lenny holds an Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice from Brookdale Community College, he continues to expand his knowledge in the realm of business. When not immersed in his professional pursuits, Lenny finds joy in witnessing live soccer games, particularly supporting the Red Bulls, and serves as a dedicated volunteer fireman. Curious about his passion for his work, Lenny reveals that the ever-changing nature of his job and the uniqueness of each project are what truly inspire him.

Meet Jordan, a dedicated member of the SERVPRO of Eatontown/Long Branch family since 2017. Holding certifications in Water Remediation Technician, Applied Structural Drying, and Lead Safe from the IICRC, Jordan brings with him 7 years of specialized experience in estimating hazmat projects for the Department of Homeless Services in New York City. A proud graduate of Kean at Ocean County College with a degree in Business Administration, Jordan is married to his loving wife and cherishes every moment spent with his daughter. When he's not immersed in his work, you'll find Jordan indulging in his passion for sports, enjoying a good comedy, playing basketball or golf, and embracing quality time with his family. Reflecting on his love for his role, he enthusiastically shares, "I thrive on the hands-on control of seeing a job through, building trust with customers, and ultimately creating happy and satisfied clients."

Meet Rachel, a valuable member of the SERVPRO team at Eatontown/Long Branch since 2021. With a strong background in the industry, Rachel brings over a decade of experience and is certified as a Water Remediation Technician and Certified Mold Remediator by IICRC. Having previously owned a SERVPRO franchise for five years, Rachel's expertise is second to none. Beyond work, Rachel's passion for holiday decorations goes above and beyond, making her an expert in creating festive environments. She also enjoys the thrill of boating and jet skiing, cherishing moments spent with loved ones. When asked about her role, Rachel's dedication to exceptional customer service shines through, as she finds immense fulfillment in helping others.

Meet Kim, our Senior Job File Coordinator. She joined SERVPRO of Eatontown/Long Branch in 2019, bringing over seven years of valuable experience in the mitigation industry. Kim holds a BS in Business Administration from Nyack College. Outside of work, she indulges in her passions for photography and traveling. When asked about her role, Kim's passion shines through: "Helping people when they need it most. Working with an excellent team and maintaining audit scores above 90%." Fun fact: Kim loves exploring new cities and capturing moments with her camera, even though she claims her photography skills are a work in progress.

Sue has been with SERVPRO of Eatontown/Long Branch since 2020 She brings 37 years of experience in all aspect of administration. She enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies are her two grandchildren. When asked “what do you love about what you do?”, she replied “I enjoy helping people.”

Meet Julie, a talented Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO. Julie finds great fulfillment in her role as she collaborates with her teammates, ensuring seamless execution of projects. Beyond her professional life, Julie unveils a fascinating aspect of her personality—her passion for writing and performing poetry. With creativity flowing through her veins, Julie's talent shines beyond the workplace.

Shane is a dedicated installer and field manager in the reconstruction department at SERVPRO. With a passion for restoring spaces to their pre-damage condition, Shane takes pride in helping clients rebuild their homes or businesses. Witnessing the smiles and relief on their faces upon project completion brings him immense satisfaction.

At SERVPRO, Shane appreciates the family-like atmosphere and the respectful treatment of employees. He values the teamwork and collaborative spirit that permeates the company. When not on the job, Shane enjoys indulging in his favorite hobbies, including fishing, golfing, and spending quality time with loved ones.

In addition to his construction expertise, Shane has showcased his dancing skills on stage, captivating audiences of hundreds during his daughter's dance conventions and recitals. With a multifaceted background and a commitment to exceptional service, Shane is an integral part of the SERVPRO team.
