Due to an oversight at Servpro, the credit card I provided for payment on services rendered was never charged. Servpro made no contact with me for over a year in regards to the outstanding balance. It wasn’t until I received a call from a collection service that I became aware of the issue. I reached out to our estimator Matthew Logue, who immediately pulled up my file and sent me a copy of my credit card submission along with authorization to charge. He also forwarded my file and comments to their billing department. The following day I received a call from Megan Oliver, who within half an hour cleared up the matter not only to my satisfaction, but in the most efficient, pleasant, respectful and frankly, with a human touch that I have not experienced with any companies I’ve dealt with in the last decade.
