Owner/General Manager
Megan Smith is an Owner and General Manager of SERVPRO of Carteret & East Onslow Counties. She has been with SERVPRO since 2018 and plays a key role in the company’s day-to-day operations, overseeing accounting, HR, customer relations, and overall business management. As both a licensed General Contractor and Real Estate Broker, Megan brings years of experience and a strong understanding of the restoration and construction industries. She is proud to help lead her family-owned team while providing exceptional service to the communities they serve.

Owner/General Manager
Timmy Smith is an Owner and General Manager of SERVPRO of Carteret & East Onslow Counties. After spending 12 years as a diesel mechanic, Timmy joined the SERVPRO team in 2022 and quickly became an integral part of the company’s leadership. He oversees the production teams, and storm response coordination, helping ensure every job is completed efficiently and with exceptional service.

Dakota is SERVPRO of Carteret and East Onslow Counties Office Manager. She has been with SERVPRO since 2015. Dakota loves her pups Eloise and Mabel, doing home projects with her Husband Taylor, and laying out on the beach with her friends and family! Dakota is a big asset to our SERVPRO team and we are very thankful for her! Dakota is also IICRC certified in water and certified in all levels of Xactimate.

Bobby joined our SERVPRO of Carteret family mid 2022, he has experience with SERVPRO since he previous worked at a SERVPRO in another area. Bobby loves spending time with his son and listening to gospel music, he has been a big asset to our team and we are so thankful to have him on board. Philip was employed as a technician but he has been dabbling in estimates, he has quickly moved up to production crew chief. Phil is a hard worker and is a very dedicated employee, we are so thankful he chose to come work with us! Phil is also IICRC certified in Water and Mold Restoration.

Practice going to a designated safe shelter for high winds
Put Together an Emergency Kit: Put together a basic emergency kit. Check emergency equipment, such as flashlights, generators and storm shutters.
Review Your Insurance Policies: Review your insurance policies to ensure that you have adequate coverage for your home and personal property.
Food & Water Preparation: When the power goes out that means fridges and other appliance will be out as well, make sure you are stocked up on non perishable food items and lots of water!
