There was no hesitation who to call when a disaster happened. Servpro Downtown STL and Team Thole/Hulsey answered the call, were quick to respond, and made sure it was taken care of from start to finish (a one stop shop)
Prompt response time with courteous and effective service.
Servpro did a great job from start to finish. The team was professional, responsive, and made the whole process much less stressful. They showed up on time and completed everything efficiently. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!
This Servpro team gives top-notch service! Fast responses, great communication, and excellent workmanship. They made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!
Servpro cleaned up after we had a small kitchen fire. The team was very quick and efficient. I thought the process was going to be a nightmare. They however made quick work of getting rid of all of the smoke smell. Servpro will be my first call should I ever need anything again!
My house caught on fire last year. We made it out, but unfortunately, my dog Bella didn’t make it. The fireman introduced me to Kevin the owner of Servpro. I was so distraught, but Kevin pulled a shovel out of the back of his truck and buried Bella in our backyard. From that moment on, I knew I was in great hands. Everyone on their crew did an absolutely amazing job cleaning up and rebuilding our house. They even put a little cross in for Bella. Kevin, I can never thank you enough for your generosity and kindness. I highly recommend the guys at Servpro!
Servpro was awesome when my basement flooded. These guys showed up almost immediately and reassured me. They took the extra time to make sure we did not have any mold issues. They communicated really well. Thank you guys so much!
Last year I had water damage in my basement and I contacted servpro right away. They were quick to respond and got the right equipment to my home to prevent any further damage. They informed me of all my options and assisted me in any way they could! Would recommend to all my friends and family.
