About Us
Randy Miller started his first Michigan SERVPRO® location in 1996 in Genesee County and expanded into Saginaw in 1997. Since then, Randy has grown, acquired, and sold multiple territories. SERVPRO Team Miller is proud to hold service locations throughout the states of Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, and Florida.
SERVPRO Team Miller has been ranked in the top 10 for the past 20+ years, including top producer twice. As one of SERVPRO’s prestigious Extreme Team franchises, Team Miller provides support to other franchises — primarily on commercial losses. The SERVPRO Team Miller Disaster Recovery Team has the resources to travel the country for catastrophic events such as floods, tornadoes, and hurricanes.

I highly recommend ServPro of Romulus/Taylor. They are friendly and were very efficient at cleaning up and removing mold and the wet drywall from my laundry room after my upstairs neighbor's washing machine leaked water all down my ceiling and walls. Then, the restoration was also very efficient and timely! Mike arrived on time each day and reconstructed my laundry room better than it was before! He made sure he left everything back in it's original place and checked to make sure everything was working, too! He also cleaned up the entire room when he was finished. It was also a pleasure working with my project manager Amanda! She made sure the job kept moving along to get my condo back to normal as quickly as possible!

If i could i put 10 stars i would! Amanda and Olsi were fabulous, made it so i understood what was happening and the process for the reconstruction of my laundry room and bathroom! Being a new homeowner i didn't understand how the process would happen and once they got into the home it only took 3 days to complete and i would always recommend this company over any other out there!
Jeremiah and Cody were incredible. They both worked tirelessly on a week-long job at our home after our basement flooded. They brought their knowledge, skill, and strength to every aspect of the job ensuring it was done and done WELL. We appreciate all of their hard work and want to advocate for them to get not only 1st place in their company competition but Monday off….THEY DESERVE IT!!!!!!!!
Cody and Jeremiah did a fabulous job cleaning up our basement flood.
We had a great experience! Donnie, the manager, made sure we were informed throughout the entire process. We had extensive flooding due to a burst pipe which resulted in the gutting of 1 apt. and the removal of the flooring in 2 others. Mike and Will worked diligently on taking out walls, ceilings and flooring. At the close of each day, they cleaned up! We were very impressed with all the interactions that we had with their team! I would, enthusiastically, recommend them!

Thank you very much for your fast response. Second time working with Servpro and very professional. Our area was hit with large amounts of rain which flooded our basement for the second time since we built. ServPro sent additional works to our area. Jeremiah and Cody was very professional and a pleasure working with. We had a lot of stuff in our finished basement and they took care of moving stuff around as they removed the water and removed our carpet. Justin was also great talking with and setting expectations. Gave great advice on timing of having a plumber come out. Thank you.
