Kyle and Kevin from SERVPRO were outstanding during a very stressful situation. After a violent storm knocked out our power, our sump pump stopped working and our basement flooded. We called early in the morning, and they arrived as soon as their business opened. They were honest and upfront about what they could do without power, taking care of the basic cleanup while explaining that they could do little with the trapped water at that point. They returned later, after the damaged carpet was removed, and did an excellent job with the mold inspection and assessment of the water damage. We are so incredibly grateful for Kyle, Trent, and the entire SERVPRO team! After experiencing water damage that went from our upstairs bathroom all the way down to our basement, Kyle and Trent came out the very next morning to help mitigate the situation. From the moment they arrived, they were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. They even connected us with a contractor to help with the repairs. Kyle went above and beyond and even came back out to meet with our insurance adjuster and walk him through everything that had been done. We had SERVPRO pack in and pack out furniture for us during the repair process on our home. I generally don't write reviews, but I was really impressed by the honesty and recommendations that Frank gave me today regarding my basement. A well-known company had previously told me that I needed to do this and that to restore my basement because of the water damage and sewer back-up. As expected, there was a reasonably large price tag associated with their restoration project. However, Frank, who has significant restoration experience, did a thorough review of the basement and told me that I had done a good job in the basement and didn't really need SERVPRO's help, as there were only a few minor things to do. It's rare to find such honesty. Thanks again Frank.
