I recently worked with ServPro for water damage mitigation caused by an ice dam, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely thorough. They arrived promptly, clearly explained the process, and took great care to ensure all affected areas were properly addressed. Their attention to detail gave me confidence that the job was done right, and they kept me informed every step of the way. They also worked directly with my insurance company which was very helpful. Dealing with water damage can be stressful, but ServPro made the process smooth and manageable. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of mitigation services.

DJ and his crew were fantastic from start to finish. I can’t say enough how professional and thorough these guys were. Hats off.

Had a great crew come today over a holiday weekend to help with a small cleanup in the basement. So friendly and efficient. Thank you again!!

My flooring was removed after water damage by Pete(?)&Cole. They were very efficient and did a great job.

Serpro came to our rescue recently when friends noticed we had mildew on our windows. We were frightened and extremely concerned about the safety around mildew. Servpro provided a price to clean it for us, which to us seemed reasonable. The technician, Sammie, arrived on time. She was professional, knowledgeable and hard working. She answered all of our questions and concerns. She even told us ways to keep mildew from returning. We really appreciated Sammie's attention to detail. She wore booties in our home and she brought along a clean blanket for all of her tools and materials. Thank you Servpro!

I recently had my rug cleaned by ServPro and I couldn't be happier with the results! My rug looks so clean and refreshed now!! I highly recommend Servpro to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient rug cleaning service. Thank you for the excellent work!

Just days before Christmas and we discovered water in our finished basement. One call to ServPro in Topsham and my anxiety started to fade. They were at our house within the hour. Kind and compassionate to our situation. The water sucked up, dryers and dehumidifiers in all the right places. And removal of wet drywall and flooring. What could have been a situation that would send me running for the hills, but they took care of it all and Christmas with family can resume without a hitch. THANK YOU!

We were impressed with the attention to detail and the humanness of all the folks who came to assist with the cleaning of our home after the fire. They just finished and it was sad to say goodbye to them! Thank you for all you do. Very professional, caring and thoughtful folks. Highly recommend!!
