My parents experienced water damage to their home in January. This could not have come at a worse time as my father was on hospice. Ethan and Ben showed up on time and worked hard all day to clean our ducts. We have two zone heating with two separate systems, which complicates the process and extends the time it takes. They removed all the vent covers and registers and cleaned them thoroughly while they cleaned every duct. It's a messy process with everything coming out of the ducts but they vacuumed and wiped down all the walls and surfaces they touched when providing the service. The ducts came out super clean. Ethan insisted on doing a walk through in every room to make sure everything was put back in order and we were satisfied. I would highly recommend this company and both Ethan and Ben.
