Meet Our Team

Ron has been working with SERVPRO of Marshfield for seven years. Ron spent 3 decades in the telecommunications industry before coming to SERVPRO.

Ron enjoys sports, food, and traveling with his wife and daughter. While Ron grew up in Boston, he currently resides in Marshfield.

Heather joined SERVPRO in July 2023 as a Job File Specialist. She brings extensive experience to her role, having worked with SERVPRO franchises in both Maine and Massachusetts. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, her husband and her daughter, Leah.

John joined SERVPRO of Marshfield in September 2023 and brings over 10 years of experience in the restoration industry to his role as a Project Manager.

John is IICRC certified in Water Damage, Fire and Smoke Restoration and Odor Control. No matter what your emergency restoration need is, John is prepared to walk you through what needs to be done to get your home or business up and running again.

When he is not at work, John enjoys playing chess, golfing and hiking with his wife and dog. He also enjoys watching the Patriots play football.

Patrick is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Marshfield/Rockland. He has extensive experience in project management, construction, and restoration. When he's not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends.

Josh is a Project Manager with SERVPRO and he joined our franchise in December 2025. He has extensive experience in project management and restoration from his years in the mitigation industry. Josh is IICRC certified in water removal and structural drying. In his spare time, he likes to spend time with his family, friends and his two dogs.

Matt is a Project Manager at SERVPRO. He has extensive experience in the mitigation industry and project management. He is IICRC certified in water removal, structural drying, trauma & crime scene and applied microbial remediation. In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing golf, watching sports and spending time with family and friends.

Cole joined us in October 2023. Cole started his career working in stone work and then transitioned to restoration via SERVPRO of Manchester, NH. He brings extensive experience to his role and we are so happy to have him on our team!

Cameron is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO. He joined the company in 2024 and he brought extensive knowledge and experience to the role. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball, hunting and fishing.

Stephen joined SERVPRO in October 2023. Stephen brings extensive experience working on active job sites with machinery, heavy materials, installation, and assembly. We are so pleased to have him on our SERVPRO Marshfield team!

Luan is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO. He has been with the franchise since 2024. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Dan is a Crew Chief and SERVPRO. Dan lives in Scituate and he is an avid hockey fan. In his spare time he loves hanging out with his family.

Nick is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO. He brings extensive mitigation experience to his role with SERVPRO. In his spare time he loves watching sports and hanging out with his friends.

Michael is a Production Technician at SERVPRO. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his fiancée, Melissa, and their cat named Leon (it's a girl!). Additionally, he loves to watch the Patriots.

Joao is a Production Technician at SERVPRO. He brings many years of restoration experience to his role. In his spare time he enjoyes spending time with family and friends.

Cam is a Production Technician at SERVPRO. In his spare time he loves going to the beach, trying new restaurants and spending time with friends.

Dom is a Crew Chief with SERVPRO and he joined the company in 2025. In his spare time he enjoys hanging out with his friends.
