We called for assistance that same evening after a portion of our basement was flooded by heavy rain. The crew showed up quickly, brought all the necessary tools, and stayed until everything was completely dry. Their level of organization throughout the procedure particularly impressed me.
We needed assistance quickly after a small kitchen fire caused some smoke and soot damage. They arrived promptly, gave a thorough explanation, and immediately got to work. I liked how cautious and considerate they were when cleaning up around our possessions.

Much appreciated to the team for helping out and ensuring all the water was removed and everything was dry within 48 hours. Would use again if needed. Thank you!
Walter and Tre came out multiple times and were very respectful and courteous. Couldn’t recommend this group enough.
A neighbor's pipe burst causing flooding in my condo in East Boston. Jim came out the following day to assess the problem and started working on mitigation efforts right away. He checked in regularly from start to finish and always was available to answer any questions. He and his team made a very stressful situation less stressful which was very much appreciated! Will absolutely recommend them going forward.
