About Us
Jeff Betz and Wilbur McDaniels wanted to supply the South Baton Rouge community a proper mitigation company in 2011. The commercial business and residential homes in the area, including LSU and BRCC, could be in need of emergency restoration at anytime. The community is a great cross section of Baton Rouge as a whole, and we dream of providing the best possible service for the community while helping you and your loved ones deal with all types of disasters.
SERVPRO of South Baton Rouge has been in business since 2012. Since our first year in business we have seen the devastating effects caused by flooding, fires and many other disasters. We are in business to help restore our communities after disasters like these strike. Living in Louisiana we know first-hand the damage that flooding can cause, we have seen it in our communities and other's that we service, like Arlington. That is why we have also lent our expertise and assisted during disasters in Maryland in 2011, New Jersey in 2012, Colorado in 2013 and South Louisiana 2016 when their communities were devastated by flood damage.
Our staff is highly trained in property damage restoration. So you can rest assured that from initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property. These guys were fantastic! Had a bad pipe burst overnight and water was everywhere. Called them at 6 AM on a Sunday and they had a crew at my house within 90 minutes. They were professional, explained everything clearly, and worked fast to extract water, dry things out, and prevent mold. The place looks better than before the flood. Highly recommend if you ever need emergency water damage help!
I had called Serv-Pro because we have a very large house, and over time it became too large for my wife and I to maintain. We are considering selling the house and downsizing, but need to clean out before putting the property on the market. Now to what the Serv-Pro crew did for us. Richard and a Hispanic assistant arrived on time with the proper cleaning equipment, including a HEPA-filtered vacuum (any other vacuum would have just blown small particles about). They asked before unplugging electronics, before moving valuable items, and about anything where their understanding was not crystal clear. Then they efficiently did everything possible to ensure my satisfaction when th their work. I am VERY pleased with the work that Serv-Pro did. - Thank you!
