The team took steps to make sure the work space was safe: the work space was clean, edged of flooring were taped over, electrical cords were taped down to prevent trip hazards, and the walkways were covered with protective covering. In addition to their onsite professionalism, their administrative skills left me very impressed: the team supplied consistent updates about progress, clearly explained next steps, worked directly with our insurance provider, and were polite and respectful when working with our residents.
Jacob, with Indy West’s location was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful with all aspects of remediation. Super responsive!! We found a leak in our roof, and a couple days later we noticed mold growing on the drywall in the living room. This company was out and started drying out our living room within a day. Not only were they super responsive , they ensured they weren't disrupting asbestos containing materials before they started the clean-up. Can't recommend them enough!
