We had a dead sump pump and a soggy basement. I called a couple of other highly rated companies, and after speaking to them, my first thought was ka-ching ka-ching. So i called Servepro. It turned out to be a very smart decision. Cindy in the office explained the process extensively so after the phone call I knew everything i needed to know. We scheduled up a date right away. The communication was excellent and there was no dealing with insurance headache, because Cindy did. I even got a call the day before, and the morning of to confirm. The day of the service I was blown away by the professionalism and skill with which my basement was restored. TJ, Chris, and Brendan did a superb job. They were also very congenial, fair, and honest. I feared the worse, but only needed my carpet cleaned. There was NONE of the ka-ching that I had been warned about. All of the employees involved deserve recognition and a raise in my opinion. If I were employing them I would want to keep from moving for a better deal. Be happy...hire this company!!
