Paige serves as the Office Manager at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls and Rexburg/Rigby, acting as the operational backbone of the business. She oversees daily administrative functions, coordinates with field teams, and ensures that all internal processes—from job tracking to customer service—run smoothly and efficiently. With strong organizational skills, a deep understanding of SERVPRO systems, and a calm, solutions-oriented approach, Paige plays a vital role in keeping the business on track and clients satisfied.

Steven is a Mitigation Production Manager at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls and Rexburg/Rigby, bringing over 13 years of industry experience and a robust portfolio of specialized certifications. He leads mitigation and remediation crews with precision, ensuring every job meets SERVPRO standards and regulatory compliance. His deep expertise in water, mold, fire, and asbestos abatement—as well as residential duct cleaning—makes him an invaluable leader in the field and a trusted partner for clients during their most difficult times.

His extensive training includes certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT), OSHA 10 for construction safety, Asbestos Abatement, Supervisor Contractor, and Residential Duct Cleaning.

In his free time, he enjoys working on cars, fabrication, and learning new skills.

Jamie Smith is a Mitigation Production Manager at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls, where she leads the mitigation team in handling water, fire, and mold restoration projects with efficiency and care. She oversees jobs from initial assessment through completion, ensuring each project meets SERVPRO’s high standards while keeping homeowners and business owners informed every step of the way. Known for her strong leadership, organization, and attention to detail, Jamie helps coordinate crews, equipment, and timelines to keep projects on track and deliver quality results—making it “Like it never even happened.”

Lisa Padgett is the Estimator and Job File Coordinator at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls, keeping projects organized and running smoothly from start to finish. She prepares accurate estimates, manages job documentation, and ensures clear communication with homeowners, insurance partners, and the production team. Certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), OSHA 10, and CPR/First Aid, Lisa combines safety, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills to support seamless project execution and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Shawna Bronson is a Job File Coordinator for SERVPRO of Idaho Falls and SERVPRO of Rexburg/Rigby. She plays a key role in managing job documentation, supporting project workflows, and ensuring files are accurate and organized from start to finish. Shawna’s attention to detail and dependable support help keep projects running smoothly for both the team and our customers.

Carlos is our Business Development Representative at SERVPRO of Idaho Falls and Rexburg/Rigby.

With a focus on understanding our clients' needs, Carlos develops tailored marketing strategies to effectively promote SERVPRO's services and solutions. He is skilled at identifying opportunities for growth and leveraging marketing channels to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

With almost 11 years with SERVPRO of Idaho Falls, Carlos extensive training includes certifications in Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration (FSRT) and Asbestos Contract Supervisor.

Carlos thrives on collaboration and is always eager to brainstorm innovative ideas to elevate our marketing efforts. Whether he's organizing events, creating engaging content, or nurturing client relationships, Carlos is committed to delivering results that exceed expectations.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys spending time with his two children!

Dakoda Thomson is a Restoration Supervisor for SERVPRO of Idaho Falls and SERVPRO of Rexburg/Rigby.
