Our History
For over forty years, SERVPRO of Boise has been helping people of the Treasure Valley and neighboring communities. We are locally owned and operated in Meridian, Idaho. We serve Boise, Meridian, Star, Eagle, Council, Emmett, Fruitland, Garden City, Idaho City, Kuna, Marsing, Melba, Middleton, New Meadows, New Plymouth, Parma, Payette, Weiser and the surrounding cities. I unfortunately had a catastrophic flood to my house on September 15, 2026. It consisted of 6 to 8 inches of standing water thru out my entire Ranch house. To make matters extremely worse and even more complicated. I was going thru treatment to an illness that made me very sick. So my stress level was pure panic mode. Not to mention I bought a Cane Corso Puppy a month prior to this. My Insurance agent sent Ian and Junior out who represented Serve Pro. The two of those Gentleman could not have represented the company better. Not only were they very kind to me but they were very much a calming influence telling me everything is going to be ok. We deal with this type of damage all the time. Which was exactly what I needed to hear. Those two gentlemen could not have been kinder and patient with all my questions. They are still in the process of working on my house. But I consider myself very lucky I got Ian and Junior overlooking my demo and clean up. Before the remodel starts. Secondly the Contents which consisted of Taylor or Smalls, Jayden, Jayden, Jordi, Nate Damian , Jessie. They were every bit as good as Ian and Junior. They couldn’t have been kinder and sympathetic to my situation. While also being very professional and informative on how they do things when it comes to the insurance. They all were Dog lovers and were so very kind to all my animals. All my belongings were put away with a great deal of care and attention to detail. Also I have to tell a story about what actually happened. Nate and Smalls are both Military Veterans like myself and my father. When my father passed they presented me with a United States flag. Well when my house flooded I was in full blown panic mode. I just tossed the flag in my closet shelving area. Well a couple days after the flood when they were gathering my belongings and storing them appropriately. They saw how the flag was folded inappropriately. They then took the large flag outside and folded it correctly and the stored it safely. I could not have been more proud and honored by this act of service for our flag.

The experience of needing Servpro comes from disaster but the service is so amazing. From start to finish, Jeff helped us navigate our crisis. We had an all-too recent experience with a “competitor company,” at a different property. The two experiences were night and day. With Servpro, the process was clear; the communication was both professional and very human. The person who coordinates the process makes all the difference. Servpro seems to value the human interaction. Jeff knew we did not know what would happen next. He guides with knowledge and compassion. The work was top notch. All of the contractors under Jeff have a common theme. They see the people as how you want your family and friends seen. Anyone can fix a damaged property. The difference is because Servpro understands that disaster happens right in the middle of regular life. We were doing something else when disaster struck. In the end, Jeff has helped make sure we picked up life in a better way than before it happened. Everything has been returned as good as it was, and better.
During our mitigation for water damage, Servpro has been awesome. They were professionally, friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. Their communication process was top notch and we felt confident in how they handled our situation. Junior, Jackson and Jacob were terrific! Really felt like they kept me in the loop on the process and that they were kind and caring during a stressful situation
We have had the pleasure of working with Ron through the arduous process of rebuilding our kitchen after a water leak. He does wonderful work in a timely manner. He is proud of his work and I am grateful he was assigned to our job. Thanks Ron!
Ron was an absolute master. Firstly, he’s a very, very nice guy very Amiable and friendly and very respectful of the younger family in the house. Secondly, his workmanship is second to none absolutely fantastic clean work. Ron had to fix a number of items that other tradesmen messed up and he did it with finesse and without any complaints even though it wasn’t technically part of his remit. If I could give him six stars - I would - just brilliant. Would highly recommend this company and Ron specifically.
