SERVPRO of Council Bluffs

SERVPRO Team Toft proudly serves the Greater Omaha, Council Bluffs, and Sioux Falls areas through our locally owned and operated franchises — Omaha Southwest, Omaha Northwest, Omaha West/Saunders County, Council Bluffs, and Sioux Falls.

Owned by Lathe and Nicole Toft, our team is deeply rooted in the restoration and construction industries. After relocating from northwest Iowa, where they co-owned SERVPRO of Spencer & Iowa Great Lakes, the Tofts purchased SERVPRO of Omaha Southwest in July 2019, SERVPRO of Omaha West/Saunders County in December 2019, SERVPRO of Council Bluffs in September 2021, SERVPRO of Omaha Northwest in November 2023, and SERVPRO of Sioux Falls in January 2026. Lathe also brings extensive construction expertise as the former co-owner of Boji Builders Inc., established in 2002.

At SERVPRO Team Toft, we understand the stress and disruption that fire, water, or mold damage can cause to your home or business. Our goal is simple: to minimize interruption and make it “Like it never even happened.”

We specialize in:

• Water and fire damage cleanup and restoration for residential and commercial properties

• Mold inspection, remediation, and prevention, following state regulations (including Iowa’s licensing requirements)

• Biohazard and trauma cleanup, with safety and discretion as top priorities

• Storm response and large-loss restoration for commercial and multi-unit properties

• Construction, reconstruction, and repairs, from structural drying to complete rebuilds

• Specialty cleaning services, including HVAC and duct cleaning, odor removal, and media blasting

• Contents cleaning and restoration, using advanced ultrasonic technology to restore rather than replace

Our investment in state-of-the-art equipment allows us to handle any size project efficiently, including a 5,000 CFM trailer-mounted desiccant for large water losses, an ultrasonic cleaning system for contents restoration, and an IBIX media blaster for soot or graffiti removal.

We’re also equipped with a fully stocked semi-truck and trailer, ready to deploy at a moment’s notice for storm and disaster response anywhere it’s needed.

Our highly trained staff holds IICRC certifications and receives ongoing education through SERVPRO’s corporate training programs. With a nationwide network of qualified franchises, no loss is too large or too small for our team.
