A big storm peeled the roof off my house - water was raining down inside 75% of the interior, and all humans and cats were forced to leave immediately - a very stressful situation! The SERVPRO of Kalihi Valley team showed up to try to save as many things as they could by packing every last item in the house into moving boxes FAST. They packed thousands of items in around 2 or 3 days, and returned around 6 months later (after all the house repairs had been completed) to bring back the small mountain of boxes that they'd been holding in storage. I'm almost done unpacking everything and I'm blown away that of the thousands of items they put into the boxes, I haven't found a single broken item yet. So they were super fast, but they were also very careful. All the fragile items were wrapped with packing paper or stretchy plastic wrap. But the most important thing I can say about this company is how good the men who came to do all the hard work are. Kind, friendly, conscientious, warm people.
