A big storm peeled the roof off my house - water was raining down inside 75% of the interior, and all humans and cats were forced to leave immediately - a very stressful situation! The SERVPRO of Kalihi Valley team showed up to try to save as many things as they could by packing every last item in the house into moving boxes FAST. They packed thousands of items in around 2 or 3 days, and returned around 6 months later (after all the house repairs had been completed) to bring back the small mountain of boxes that they'd been holding in storage. I'm almost done unpacking everything and I'm blown away that of the thousands of items they put into the boxes, I haven't found a single broken item yet. So they were super fast, but they were also very careful. All the fragile items were wrapped with packing paper or stretchy plastic wrap. But the most important thing I can say about this company is how good the men who came to do all the hard work are. Kind, friendly, conscientious, warm people. John, Rocky, and literally every single person I interacted with from this company made me feel grateful for the support. Hard to believe there's people like this around still yet.

Thank you to Autumn, Larstin, Xavier, and Ray for and awesome job packing out our living room so we could get our new flooring installed. They worked fast and wrapped up our furniture nicely to protect it. amazing job 🤙🏽
Servpro representative Ray was friendly, efficient and organized as he set up dehumifiers and fans to dry out our home. Thanks to Ray we are assured that mold mitigation and a thorough drying out of our floors, furniture and walls will be accomplished. Thanks Ray!
Allan and crew addressed water within walls from a leak using dehumidifiers/fans and removed some moldy baseboards. They were respectful throughout.

Allan set all equipment and dried damaged area in master bath and bedroom. Checked everyday. Phillip and Dallas were responsible for removing damage vinyl floor. The overall experience dealing with with Servpro has been very professional, prompt and courteous. In the event of another incident, I will definitely call Servpro and I will and have already, recommended Servpro. Don’t need to call anyone else really.
