SERVPRO made several visits to my home following a refrigerator water-line leak that caused extensive damage to the hardwood flooring in my kitchen and the ceiling of my garage. They placed drying equipment throughout the affected areas to begin the restoration process. Brian Foster and Ron stopped by to check on the progress and make sure the drying process was going as it should. They were both knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely attentive to the work being done. They even took the time to re-tape the plastic divider that kept falling down, which was a small detail but showed how committed they were to making sure everything was handled properly. Nicholas knocked out the mitigation from a busted pipe
Nicholas has been great to work with. He has kept me informed along the way as ServPro works on my house. We had a flood throughout the house , originating in the bathroom.
