We had a water loss in our kitchen that was covered by insurance. The insurance company arranged for Servpro to come out to do the remediation. Servpro was excellent. They were able to come out the same day the insurance company notified them that we needed remediation in the kitchen and guest bedroom below the kitchen. Riley arrived and reviewed everything. He said that we actually had to have the leak fixed before he could begin any remediation. So we arranged for a plumber to come out ASAP to fix the leak. Riley also arranged for a specialty cabinet restoration company to come out to remove the lower kitchen cabinets that were affected by the water loss. They were excellent also.
