Servpro did an excellent job of restoring my home after a tree fell through roof during hurricane. This resulted in my moving out for three months and home completely emptied of contents while work completed. As I am 89, this was not easily accomplished. He provided me with a weekly progress report, even coming to where I was staying to give me updates and handling problems in the home unrelated to the damage (gas leak, water pipe leak in wall). He has made sure that I am resettled in my home.
