The SERVPRO origin story reaches back to 1967 when Ted and Doris Isaacson dreamed of creating a local painting business. Having a background in cleaning and restoration work the scope of this new business' work quickly expanded and SERVPRO as we know was birthed. Today, communities know they can rely and depend on SERVPRO to respond when they're needed and undo ruin caused by fire, water and storm damage.
Locally, SERVPRO of North Fort Myers is owned and operated by Josh and Danielle Marazzito. Josh and Danielle are locals and fully committed community stakeholders who care. Both Josh and Danielle are veterans in the emergency restoration community with vast amounts of real day-in and day-out experience. If you live in Cleveland, Solana, Charlotte Park, or the surrounding area, you can count on us to get you back on your feet after disaster strikes.
A SERVPRO's primary work is emergency fire and water damage restoration. But hidden within the folds of this work is a slew of related services, mold remediation, addressing catastrophic damage caused by storms and professional cleaning services. Our teams are made up by professionals who understand the moment-to-moment stresses of water and fire damage, but also understand the restoration process. For us, our goal is to minimize interruption and make it, as the SERVPRO motto goes, "Like it never even happened." Our teams are also trained, having pursued education and certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification, known popularly as the IICRC, in various aspects of restoration work.
