What our
customers are saying
Service provided by Franklin, Ernesto, Gaudy, and Luis was outstanding. The technicians arrived onsite earlier than expected and wasted no time setting up and beginning water removal efforts. Thank you all for your hard work and quick response in helping get the site back up and running.
Ernesto, Gaudy, Franklin, and Luis were all very helpful, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The team did an excellent job, and everything looked amazing when they finished. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking their sevices.
From beginning to end of this journey of mold issues, demolition & design, restoration & reconstruction, this crew was always on top of everything. Calm, reassuring & knowledgeable. Thank you Jim, Ally, Anderson & crew for a job well done. Thanks! Cindy Blythe
Restoration was amazing. They did an excellent job! Even better than original!
Service excellence deserves recognition!! We recently used Disaster Restorative Services of Servepro for a home flood situation. Jim McGahuey, construction project superintendent was awesome along with Ally, coordinator- who was very professional and helpful. His team did excellent restorative work and when they said they would arrive-they were always on time or early. They truly exceeded our expectations and we are thankful!! The team included Ray- project leader, Gabriel, Julio, Dita, George, Lupe, Giovanni and Eduardo.
We had a sizable water leak in our front room on carpet and up to the baseboard. We cleaned it up to the best of our ability and started blowing fans on it. We called ServPro right away. They got us in quickly. When DeWann and Jeremy got here we explained and showed them what happened, they got to work checking for any dampness or leftover water. Thankfully, as DeWann said we had done "a great job" They assuaged our fears of mold growing. We would definitely use Team Cuthbertson at ServPro again!
Great company to use!! They cleaned two of my carpets and they look brand new!! So happy with my experience
We recently used the team out of Haines City to help us out. Throughout our engagement, their service was exceptional. We wanted to personally thank George, Juan, Mike, Danny and Victor who were courteous, on time and efficient. Last, but not least, we wanted to thank Jairame, SERVPRO's project manager, who was our main point person for all our communication. This young man was personable, honest and caring. He was also very efficient and made sure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. We would highly recommend the Haines City/Polk City SERVPRO group of professionals to anyone looking for restoration and cleaning services.
SERVPRO went above and beyond! Their team was professional, efficient, and truly cared about restoring my home. I couldn’t have asked for better service!
