About Us
About SERVPRO of Ft. Lauderdale South
Based in the Las Olas corridor, SERVPRO of Ft. Lauderdale South is a locally owned restoration and reconstruction company serving homeowners, condo associations, and businesses across Fort Lauderdale, Plantation, Davie, Oakland Park, and Sunrise. Our IICRC certified technicians respond around the clock to water, fire, storm, mold, and biohazard damage, then carry that same job through to full reconstruction under our own general contracting license, so you are never left coordinating a separate crew once the cleanup ends.
Locally Owned With Reach Across Florida
Our franchise is owned by Michael Panster and Joshua J. Marazzito, who also operate additional SERVPRO locations throughout the state. That structure means this office draws on the equipment, staffing, and surge capacity of a multi location ownership group while staying rooted in Fort Lauderdale, with a team that knows Las Olas, Rio Vista, The Isles, Sailboat Bend, and Victoria Park street by street.
How We Handle Mitigation and Reconstruction Together
Most restoration companies stop once the water is gone or the smoke is cleared, then hand you off to a separate contractor for repairs. We do not. Our technicians manage extraction, structural drying, and cleanup, and when a property needs rebuilding, our own reconstruction team takes over under one continuous plan. That single point of accountability is a major reason condo associations and property managers across Broward County keep calling us back.
Serving Condo Associations, Property Managers & Commercial Properties
Beyond single family homes, we work regularly with HOA boards, absentee and seasonal owners, and commercial operators in hospitality, retail, and healthcare who need recovery that minimizes downtime. Our team provides ongoing photo and video updates for owners who are out of state, and we have managed large scale recovery work including multi room hotel flooding and full condo association reconstruction projects.
Why Fort Lauderdale Trusts Our Team
We hold a 4.9 star rating across more than 380 local reviews, ahead of every other restoration company in the area. Our technicians are IICRC certified, and we work directly with your insurance provider to document the loss and support your claim from the first call through final walkthrough. Combined with more than 59 years of restoration heritage as part of the SERVPRO network, that track record is why homeowners and property managers throughout South Florida choose us first.
Proud to Support Our Community
We are an official partner of the Miami Marlins and stay active in the Fort Lauderdale community year round, because this is the neighborhood our team calls home too.
