What our
customers are saying
The team provided comprehensive and timely service from quote-to-completion. I was really impressed with their ability to pivot and expand services in order to meet our objectives for the space. I would highly recommend the Servpro Naples team!
I cannot say enough good things about this SERVPRO! Jose, Raul, Luis, and Josh did an OUTSTANDING job with a water leak from an upstairs unit. Went above and beyond- stopping by multiple times, communicated with me consistently. They are all so professional and helpful. They had my trust and will always have my business.
Absolutely Flawless Service!I recently used SERVPRO of East Naples for a deep cleaning, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Technicians Mike, Jose, Yoelis, Luis, and Raul were absolutely excellent. They cleaned three rooms of carpeting, an area rug, and my white sectional sofa. They are incredibly thorough and true perfectionists. Everything turned out absolutely perfect—honestly, everything looks brand new! If you are looking for a deep cleaning, do not hesitate to call them. They are the best!
Carlo and his gang did a marvelous job of drying out our condo. They were very professional and came quickly even though it was a Sunday morning. I would highly recommend them.
My sincere and strong recommendation for ServPro of Central Ft Meyer’s. They have a truly amazing job of transforming my mold infested condo. Their work ethic was extraordinary, they took no shortcuts. My place has never looked so good. Especially want to thank Valeria, Sherry Lee and Diego for their hard work. What a team! Easy to give 5 stars
Servpro of East Naples and its entire team of employees have been super supportive, professional, friendly and accommodating of my needs during the time where I felt total chaos due to a broken water pipe leak. Jose, Josh, Raul, Yoelis, Luis and Yoelmer including the entire back office worked in tandem to get things right for me. I highly recommend Servpro of East Naples because of their integrity and professionalism. I couldn’t have done it without them.
My experience with Servpro East Naples was exceptionally good. Jose and his crew did a phenomenal job from the first minute till the very end. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this office.
Servpro really saved the day! Top tier equipment, extremely friendly and efficient.
Michael, Yoanis, and Yoelmer came to the rescue last night after a car crashed into my family’s garage. It was an after hours emergency, there was a lot to do, took until midnight but the did it with grace.
