After our air handler gave out and flooded my special needs daughters room, we turned to Servpro, they came the same night we called Kevin who was amazing arranged the project with fans to dry everything and checking everything thoroughly through the almost two weeks, packed up furniture, they will also bring the furniture back after the repairs, they are the best company to work with, Jose, Dani Mar, Ruth and gerofge, were amazing wrapping and moving the furniture, removing the rug and padding , the walls and ceiling, our family is so appreciative
Jose and Carlos were the idealism of customer service. I was at a doctor's appointment when they arrived at my apartment. I explained i was about 15-20 minutes away and wasn't aware they were coming. They politely replied " We can wait for you, we will clean the apartment so you can have your life restored " I was so overwhelmed.. you don't see customer service like this anymore... Servpro has stepped up in excellent service with outstanding employees like Jose and Carlos.
We had water damage from wind-driven rain on our porch and Servpro was the best, from start to finish. They showed up right away and remediated the water damage, isolated the problem, demolished what was necessary, fixed the leak and remodeled everything. It was just like it never happened. The staff was courteous and careful and arrived on schedule for every appointment. We couldn’t be happier with their work. Kudos to Rory, John, Baylen, Eric, Ray and Julio and all the team.
