customers are saying
Amazing company! The entire crew are very knowledgeable and would highly recommend them
We had a flood and the technicians that came out were very knowledgeable and quick, I would highly recommend to friends and family
I called servpro from salida area to help take care of a 2 bedroom apartment with cst and dog urine smell and they got me an appointment in 2 days. Spencer, Brett and Corey showed up on time and were absolutely awesome. Walked through and explained everything that needed to be done and had me a quote within 15 minutes. Unfortunately I took some big hits financially on my business this month and it was more expensive than what I anticipated. But I run my own business and understand the cost of business and know that you get what you pay for. These guys went right to work with some options and a discount and were also able to work on a couple of payments. Top notch company that I will definitely be calling on the future for more projects. They went right to work the same day. I would highly recommend using these guys for any minor or major cleaning projects that takes specialized equipment and chemicals.
Lance was the man he help me through every step of the way from drying to rebuild would recommend
Lance and his team provided exceptional service. He was very thorough with us and with answering our endless questions. Super knowledgeable & they were able to come out and give a quote quickly as well as get us scheduled. Nothing but good things to say, ask for Lance, highly recommend
Josh spotted a leak and fixed the leak and changed the insulation. He done a great job and saved me a lot of grief and money. Would highly recommend him and his crew anytime.
We called after a serious incident. Josh was very caring and got his crew to my son’s house to get the cleanup started the same day. They are still working on the job and have done an excellent job so far. He was very helpful in getting our insurance claim started. We are so very appreciative!
We had Josh check under our house for a leak, he was very thorough, found it and fixed it. We are very pleased with the job he did
They 2 young men that can't it did a good job for us. I appreciate Josh jumping on our job & getting out & don't in a timely fashion. Thanks!
