About Us
Our roots are in Guanajuato, Mexico where Edgardo and Mary Arcila, started a family in a city called Irapuato, nearby the ranch where Mary grew up. The Arcila family grew to include three sons and a daughter.
Following in the footsteps of millions of American immigrants, the Arcila family came from Mexico in the 1990‘s, to build a new life in the United States. All the kids finished their educations here in Orange County, where the two eldest sons attended Century High School in Santa Ana and the younger two attended Esperanza High School in Anaheim, on the border of Yorba Linda where our business now stands.
Once finished with his education, Edgar, the eldest son learned about franchise opportunities with SERVPRO. He saw an opportunity not only for himself but for his entire family in this business. We’re very proud of the many successes we’ve enjoyed along the way. In time, we added additional franchises to our family business including a second franchise in Anaheim Hills and a third franchise in Norwalk.

He carefully checked the affected areas, explained what needed to be removed and dried, and walked us through the mitigation process clearly and patiently. My property sustained water damage that requires full mitigation and restoration services. I am so pleased to have found this Servpro team right in my neighborhood. I had a wonderful experience with Kevin and Claudia. They came to our home twice within the same month for two separate water damage issues, and both times they were incredibly professional, punctual, respectful, and thorough. They were very communicative throughout the entire process, paid close attention to every detail, and treated our home with great care. They were also very kind and polite, and I really appreciated that they spoke Spanish with me, which made the experience even easier and more comfortable. Absolutely 5-Star Service! We had a fire in our attic, and SERVPRO was dispatched by our home insurance provider. From the very beginning, we were impressed by their professionalism and the way they worked as a team. Richard was our project manager, and after his initial inspection, Javier came out to confirm his evaluation. We really appreciated the thoroughness and attention to detail throughout the process. Arnulfo and Librado worked incredibly hard to complete the mitigation and remediation work. We are now entering the second phase, which involves repairs, and we will be using SERVPRO for that work as well. Arnulfo and Librado were EXCELLENT! They arrived promptly each day and worked tirelessly throughout an intense heatwave. On one of the days, temperatures reached 107 degrees, yet they continued working with the same dedication and professionalism. They were trustworthy, respectful, and took exceptional care with our furniture and personal belongings. During an already stressful situation, their hard work and attention to our property made everything a little easier. I cannot thank Arnulfo and Librado enough for thier work. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO, especially Arnulfo and Librado, and Ricahrd to anyone who needs fire restoration or remediation services. Five stars all around!
Called Serv pro on labor day, had a bathroom flood out into bedroom and living room. They were on site in less than an hour extracting water. They moved all items they could out of the water to minimize further damage and put the heavier furniture and bed up on blocks. Great experience, communication all the way though til end of project. Thanks Kevin!!!!
We had a tiny hole left by a big AC job and that's all it took to flood our kitchen ceiling and ruin our floor during the rain from hurricane Marie. Richard's ServePro team came, removed the damaged ceiling and floor and set up a dehumidifier plus's 4 drying machines and plastic wrapped the area so we could still use our kitchen. Checking to make sure everything was working and dry almost daily. All done today and we're ready to do the restoration now knowing that it's safe to seal up our ceiling. Highly recommended and really appreciated!
