Eljie & Eric made a very chaotic situation calm and accomplishable. They’re very friendly, compassionate to our stress levels and timely in every step of the way. As a person that tends to “over-communicate” knowing what the plan was gave me comfort in that they knew how to combat any issue and provide a working resolve. Wonderful inspection experience with SERVPRO after a mold problem from a slow-leaking fire sprinkler. Jose was very thorough, informative, and took the time to explain how the whole process works (from notifying the insurance company of the various problems, getting approval from the claims office, and arranging for mold testing of the air, to doing all of the necessary clean-up of furniture, objects, clothing, etc.).
Jose Herrera came to assess my water damage, which happened last week because the lady upstairs left her faucet running and then left the house. Jose did a very thorough job and answered all my questions in a professional way.
