We had significant water damage in our kitchen caused by a plumbing leak behind the dishwasher. Our insurance company recommended SERVPRO, and they handled the entire mitigation process, working directly with our insurance company and helping minimize our out-of-pocket costs. The damage required demolition of all of the lower kitchen cabinets, and during the process they discovered that the water damage had extended into our laundry room. Having a contractor who could coordinate with our insurance company and manage both the remediation and reconstruction made a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
