Raffi and his ServPro team was top notch from the get go! My partner and I were evacuees from the January 2025 fires and relocated five times. So blessed our house survived, recently returning home. The week before returning home we realized that aside from only two small side tables, the move back home would be physically daunting. Our insurance adjuster referred three contractors to assist us with our move. My calls to the alternate contractors immediately went to voicemail, but I immediately reached Raffi's assistant who was extremely courteous and efficient, asking for all the necessary information and very soon after, I received a call from Raffi. Our home was not completely destroyed in the Pacific Palisades fire but it required both interior and exterior remediation.
