Brandon did an absolutely fantastic job as the project manager on our rental that had flood damage and mold , he is extremely professional and made sure we were kept updated on every aspect of the project. A very big thank you to everyone at Servpro El Dorado hills for the fast response to our call, for the hard work and effort to make everything much less stressful and for doing such a terrific job , thank you Brandon and crew !

We hired the ServPro team of FairOaks Folsom to restore our house after the Eaton Fire and 85mph winds deposited ash/soot/smoke in and around our house. We could not possibly be happier with the outcome of their work. Dave and Stonewall exhibited knowledge, skill and professionalism that went well above the norm. They kept us up to date with progress each day, treated our house and contents with the greatest respect and paid attention to the tiniest details. They worked hard and didn’t cut corners. We would not hesitate to hire them again should the need arise.

We had an issue with a leaky pipe from our upstairs bathroom and were working with SERVPRO through our homeowner’s insurance. Terron and Luis along with Brandon have made this process move along smoothly. They were kind and efficient.
