We had water damage with mole in our kitchen, unknown to us for a while. We contacted serve. He was always upbeat, positive, and very patient when I asked him to explain and re-explain the entire process. He also moved FAST! They are some of the nicest, most candid pros. I’ve never had to file a home insurance claim in my life, and they were incredibly helpful and fast on delivering everything the insurance needed to rebuild as quickly as possible. Once we got to reconstruction, the work they did was immaculate. We are incredibly meticulous, and they rebuilt our kitchen and living room in a way that made it all look like the day we moved in.
