I felt like it was talking to a friend who is extremely knowledgeable and professional about mold. He also great people skills and can help you in a very stressful situation. This is my first time using this company and this will probably be the only company I’ll use if mold issues/concerns were to ever come up. He didn’t even charge for spending time talking to me and my tenants for probably over an hour! Who does that anymore?
