I called ServPro for Mold Remediation. What started out as a simple mushroom growing in our den turned out to be an extensive remodel due to mold. I am very grateful for ServPro's services. I worked with Julio, the production manager, and Angelica in the office and a very knowledgeable older lady in the office who explained everything to me in a very patient manner. It was because of her patience in answering all my questions and explaining the importance of having the mold removed properly that I went with ServPro. Our insurance did not cover the cost and remediation is not cheap. Nonetheless they did the job, documented everything through photographs and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend ServPro.
